1. Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our hosting provider World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 47–51, 4020 Linz, Austria, automatically stores as our processor: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and browser identifier. This is necessary for secure and stable operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after 14 days.

2. Visitor statistics

We count visits with our own statistics on our server – without cookies and without storing your IP address. We record: page requested, referring website, device type, browser, language and time spent. To count visits, an anonymous value is derived from IP address and browser identifier; it changes daily and cannot be traced back to you. The data is not shared and is deleted after 400 days (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” is enabled in your browser, nothing is recorded.

3. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we use your details only to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep them as long as necessary for this and for statutory retention obligations (up to 7 years).

4. Savings calculator

The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs are neither stored nor transmitted to us – unless you send us the result yourself by e-mail.

5. Cookies and third-party services

This website uses no cookies and embeds no third-party content or services (no third-party fonts, maps, videos or tracking). Only if you switch between light and dark mode yourself does your browser remember this setting locally on your device; it is not transmitted to us.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please write to office@druckluftoptimierung.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
